5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alintro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued, and any outstanding fees will become due immediately.
