How are notifications counted?
Each message sent = 1 notification. An order typically uses 3-4 notifications (confirmation, shipped, delivered, etc.). WhatsApp and SMS both count as notifications - you pay for volume, not channels.
Can I try before committing?

What happens if I exceed my notification limit?
You'll be notified when approaching your limit. You can upgrade anytime, or purchase additional credits. We won't cut off your notifications mid-order.
Can I change plans later?

Do you offer annual discounts?

What's the difference between channels and fallback?
Single channel means WhatsApp OR SMS. Dual channel means both. Smart Fallback (Growth+) automatically sends via WhatsApp first, then SMS if WhatsApp fails.
