Handled jointly by Kaleyra and you via the Jio/Airtel/Vi DLT portals.

Create an Alintro custom-HTTP gateway pointing at https://api.kaleyra.io/v1/{sid}/messages
Method POST, auth header `api-key: <your key>`. Fields: to, body, sender. Alintro substitutes placeholders.
