What you need from Gupshup

Pick Enterprise for SMS, or create a WhatsApp app directly.

Gupshup has a built-in DLT flow. Upload docs, register templates.

Apps → New → WhatsApp → attach your Meta Business Manager. Gupshup handles BSP verification.

In Alintro, add custom HTTP gateway
Pick Gupshup SMS or Gupshup WhatsApp preset. Paste credentials. Test.

Gupshup vs MSG91 for Indian SMS?+
Gupshup has more enterprise features (analytics, template engine). MSG91 is friendlier for small merchants and has cheaper entry pricing.
Does Gupshup host the WhatsApp Business Manager for me?+
No — you own the WABA. Gupshup is the BSP providing infrastructure.
