Honestly? We built Alintro because we were annoyed. We were running our own stores, watching sales slip away because customers never saw our emails. Cart abandoned? Email sent. Customer never opens it. Sale lost. It happened over and over.
So in September 2024, we decided to fix it ourselves. The existing SMS apps on Shopify were either way too expensive or way too complicated. We figured there had to be a middle ground—something that actually worked without breaking the bank.
Fast forward to today: over 850 stores use Alintro to stay connected with their customers. We're still a small team, we still answer our own support tickets, and we still get excited every time a merchant tells us they recovered a sale they would've lost. That never gets old.
